Welcome to HireReady (part 1)! Our program empowers teens aged 13-19 by equipping them with the essential tools needed for a successful job search and interview experience. This 8 week course covers everything from the job search preparation to post-interview follow-ups, ensuring they are fully prepared to shine. Upon completion, students will confidently walk away with a professional portfolio, professional reference, take home info packets, resume, cover letter, interview skills, and a standout outfit ready for their big day.

Welcome to HireReady (part 2)! We're thrilled to empower teens aged 13-19 to confidently dive into the world of employment! Our exciting program equips them with essential skills in building and maintaining professional relationships, transitioning to new jobs, solving problems effectively, and navigating complex work situations. They'll also discover the importance of professional etiquette and what government agencies can assist with unresolved workplace issues. Join us and seize your future in the job market!

Welcome to F.I.R.E. (Fostering Initiatives for Real-World Experience) Teens! Our employment mentorship program is designed to empower teens aged 13 to 19 by providing focused guidance in groups of 6 to 8 students. Over an 8-week course, participants will acquire essential employment skills through hands-on training at a hosted facility, receive two professional references, and receive real-time skill evaluations, all under the mentorship of a seasoned job coach.
